  • I HAVE RECEIVED, REVIEWED AND ACCEPT THE BEST DOCTORS RENEWAL POLICY SUMMARY OF BENEFITS for the policy period January 1 through December 31, 2018.

    Payment for Membership Dues must be received no later than 5:00 PM on December 18th, 2017 to ensure continuing insurance benefits through Best Doctors. You will receive an email confirmation from Boomers on December 14th, confirming your inclusion on the Boomers-In-Paradise/Best Dooctor's Renewal Roster List that will be formally submitted to Best Doctors on Friday, December 15, 2018.

  • Email is our main method of communication with our members. Lots of things change in a year, so please re-confirm your email for our records.
  • In the case of a couple or partner, please add the second member's name also requesting membership renewal
  • Please list your land line first (including area code) and then cell using the 045 designation.
  • If you live in the Chapala area you know that email and phone service is sometimes erratic. As a secondary contact method, please indicate which local mail service you have. (i.e. new or replacement Boomer membership cards may be delivered to Chapala area members in this manner).
  • Kindly advise which payment option you prefer below. (Note: iPads and Tablets are not considered computers and therefore, payments cannot be processed using these devices). Our credit/debit card processor (Square) will request the CVV code (3 or 4 numbers on the back of your card) AND the zip code to which a credit card statement would be sent. This is an extra layer of security for your protection! After 3 attempts with wrong information entered, the Invoice will automatically be deleted for your protection and you will have to request issuance of another Invoice through Boomers.

  • For ease of payment, couples/partners may elect to have both members invoiced on the same Invoice. The Invoice will be sent to the first Member's email listed above.
