Step 3 – Insurance Renewal Request

  • To make your Boomers Membership renewal SIMPLE, when you click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of this form you will be redirected to a SECURE payment portal where you can select your membership payment option, complete the form and VOILA -- you're done! The payment portal notifies us immediately of your name(s) and payment amount. No need for invoices and the complex back-and-forth of past years. This is easy and SIMPLE. Within 48 hours of your submission we advise PACIFIC PRIME of your renewal and they will assist you with the payment of your 2022 insurance premium.

  • Email is our main method of communication with our members. Lots of things change in a year, so please confirm your email address for our records.
  • In the case of a couple or partner, please add the second member's name.
  • Please list your land line first (including area code) and then your complete cell phone number. It is imperative that we have a phone number to contact you!
  • Would you like additional assistance in setting up your Best Doctors Member Portal (this is your private section of the Best Doctors website, with information such as policy details, claim history and banking info for reimbursements)?   • PLEASE NOTE THAT THE NEXT STEP IS FOR PAYMENT OF YOUR BOOMERS-IN-PARADISE ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE, THIS IS NOT YOUR YEARLY INSURANCE PREMIUM PAYMENT.
